How this works: Each row is one garment style. Enter the SKU (e.g. Gildan 5000), toggle L (light) or D (dark) for that garment's color, then fill in quantities by size. Click + Add Line Item for additional styles or colorways — bulk discounts apply across the combined total. Dark garments require an underbase screen to keep ink colors vibrant; if any row in your order is marked Dark, a +$25/location underbase setup fee applies to the whole run.

One design per submission. This form is for a single decoration design. If you have multiple designs or decoration methods for the same job, your info is saved after each submission — simply click "Submit Another Order" on the confirmation screen to add the next design.
